Lead by example and get yourself on our new course!

Another week, another new coach, or two! Our enviable line-up of coaches has added another two fantastic industry experts to its roster, and they'll be heading up our new course, Lead, Coach Win! The classes will help you bring out the best performance in your team by developing a coaching leadership style.

New coach Shelley Lavery is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Founder of Jiminny, a SaaS Platform for Sales & Customer Success which enables companies to capture important data points and insights from their customer conversations and set up their teams for success. Shelley has spent most of her career in sales boasting a previous role at Reward Gateway as Group Senior VP Sales - leading HR and B2B sales teams in the UK, Australia and the USA.

Having founded Jiminny in 2018 with husband Tom and their friend James Graham, the business went from nothing to passing the £1m revenue mark, growing to a few hundred customers and building a small and mighty team. This leader has 18 years experience leading B2B sales teams and is the perfect person to head up our new course.

Gavin Sumner is an International Coaching Federation accredited coach, trained through Barefoot. As an experienced revenue leader, Gavin brings over 15 years of experience to the Lead, Coach Win course! His diverse and extensive knowledge of structures and processes in SaaS, Fintech and business services will be invaluable to the managers taking this course.

Now as a ScaleWise Co-Founder and the Founder of Frank Focus Ltd, he provides revenue consulting, coaching and sales training to startups, scale-ups and charities, whilst also being a founding member of the Revenue Collective.

The two will bring together their knowledge and passion for coaching in this never done before live interactive set of classes. The course launches on Tuesday 13 October 2020. Members can enrol now via the LearnUpon catalogue here.

More about the Syllabus

From hiring coachable reps, through to coaching under pressure, this course will help you with the practical knowledge required to coach people to the top of their game.

When people leave the course they know how to have a coaching conversation, they see coaching as a priority in their working week because of the results it drives and they begin to shape their team culture around coaching, so that supporting each other and winning together isn’t just expected, but it's how each team member wants to play their part.

“So much of what you do can be copied, but no other business can replicate your team, their skills, personalities or relationships. That is what makes a business special and successful. And as we coach, we create environments for those things to blossom.” - Shelley Lavery

Young, emerging or established leaders with soon to be or existing management responsibilities need to know if they’re doing it right and how to measure results. Our Sales Impact Academy Lead, Coach, Win! course starts up on Tuesday 13 October 2020, and will touch on this subject in depth.
