Jen has spent the last 6 years working her way up within the Finance department of Peacocks Stores Ltd. as well as supporting the Finance teams of other companies within their holding group The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Group such as Jaeger, Jane Norman and Austin Reed. During this period Jen was promoted to a manager role and played a large part in the testing and implementation team of their new stock system.
Sales & Marketing Associate
Rory started off in retail technical support for O2 and Apple. He then moved to Audi where he quickly progressed through accreditation and started a career in sales. Following this Rory recently worked with VenueScanner in the 360 sales process and even enrolled in some of Sales Impact Academy's courses while he was there!
Senior Commercial Manager
Síofra’s spent the last decade working on both sides of the Atlantic, initially as Director of Manhattan Sailing School which she grew into the largest recreational operation in NY Harbor, before moving to the UK where she spent 3 years in consultancy. Síofra made the leap into startups in 2018 as Head of Launch for Health-Tech startup, Lantum, and has most recently headed up the Growth team of an Australian Fintech launching into the UK.
Senior Commercial Manager
Saafi has worked across commercial, operations, and strategy in startups. Most recently, Saafi supported the UK market entry of an Australian Fintech startup. Prior to this, she was one of the first hires at UNiDAYS, starting as an SDR and moving on to managing the global SDR team; executing a global partnership with Apple Music; developing commercial operations (enabling over 50 hires in 4 months across US, EMEA, & ANZ); and managing a year-long company-wide business strategy shift coupled with the reimplementation and integration of Salesforce.
Senior Marketing Manager
Daisy brings 10 years experience, collected across industries and oceans. Having spent 4 years working in NYC, the city that never sleeps is like her second home! Daisy's experience was founded in digital marketing and expanded as she delved into new sectors, industries and challenges. From managing the CX journey at Nando’s, through to supporting the growth and fundraising of a British not-for-profit charity in NYC, to running her own consultancy helping start-up companies like NextUp Comedy.
After being awarded an incredible opportunity to study in the US, Hannah graduated from Trinity College-Hartford with a double major in International Studies and Urban Studies, having been fortunate enough to study in Barcelona and Cape Town as part of her Bachelor’s Degree. Building from her experience as a Digital Intern at Vodafone UK, as well as her mentorship roles at university, Hannah is delighted to begin her career as a Learning Associate.
Tiff started off at UNiDAYS and worked in the production team soon after graduating. She then moved over to De Montfort University working as a Digital Content Officer, focussing in particular on video and photography. From there Tiff decided to go solo and started Creatiff Media, working on graphic design and content creation while also studying part-time towards her MA in Digital Design!

Paul is a ‘been around the block’ entrepreneur with 18 years’ experience in founding and scaling global companies. Over the last 7 years he has grown two international technology businesses from zero to $70M in combined sales as CRO and $100s of millions in value. Paul has also raised over $100M of investment across all stages from seed to growth, VC and debt.
Alex has spent the last decade working in sales and professional education. After working on Amazon's growth strategy, Alex moved on to head up UNiDAYS' EMEA Prospecting Team. Having previously authored and taught online courses, Alex ensures our courses are pedagogical whilst sharing her own expertise from the world of business development.
Chief Learning Advisor
Martin is a learning architect engaged with a wide range of curriculum design and delivery. He has been Dean and Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of Cape Town and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Salford Manchester, and is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. His work focusses on digital innovation, on using digital innovation to best advantage, and on the power of learning analytics to steer the best possible designs of courses.
Jay brings over 10 years' business, sales and revenue operations experience with proven results in building dynamic and scalable operations across the entire customer lifecycle. Jay built IBM’s business operations into 17 countries and 4 regions across Africa and the Middle East and has worked in UK tech companies such as Goodlord, Triptease and Doctify. Jay has since founded House of Operations, a revenue operations consultancy practice tailored for startup and scaleup companies.
After graduating from the University of Leeds with a B.A. in Cultural and Media Studies, Chloe road-tripped from Canada, through the United States, to the very south of Mexico and back. Now as one of our Learning Associates, she will be using her expertise in learning management systems and online learning to assist the development and user-experience of our sales and marketing courses.
Simone was employed under the Times Higher Education award-winning graduate programme, Ambitious Futures, facilitating organisation-wide change management projects and dynamic external communications practices within the Higher Education sector. Over her career, she’s worked with The BBC Asian Network, The Independent, The Network for Business Sustainability and Medical Xpress. She also has experience as a Features Editor and managed her own blog.
Daisy started working in Marketing at University, setting up her own consultancy for tech-focused businesses. Starting out in copywriting and social media, Daisy quickly learnt the ropes of inbound marketing, brand awareness and events. Daisy has spent a lot of time working remotely, even travelling across seven countries last year. Since then, she has worked for VCs, SMEs and agencies in Digital Marketing.
Customer Success Consultant
Siobhan brings over 18 years of Client Success and Operations experience in both agencies and marketing technology.With half her career based in the UK and the last 9 years in the US her experience puts her in a great place to build and grow successful businesses understanding both the cultural and territory specific requirements for each.She is also the president of a US based Not For Profit focusing on building education, community and fundraising for those in the media and communications industry where she mentors and coaches various individuals as well as facilitating group learning.
