Nicola has worked in marketing for over 18 years cutting her teeth in the sports and gambling sector back in the early days and more recently running the International team at MOO and setting up and growing the marketing team at GoCardless delivering 100% growth YoY for 3 years. She's most recently joined the EdTech space as CMO at MyTutor and has a diploma in coaching and mentoring.
Munya has worked with tech startups for over a decade. After being part of the founding team at Idio, an AI-powered demand orchestration platform, Munya led digital marketing and strategy at Foundry, a developer of award-winning visual effects (VFX) software used globally by Pixar, Walt Disney Animation and Sony Pictures Imageworks. Munya is now CMO at Notion Capital backed Adfenix - Swedish StartupTeam of the Year 2017.
Marylou is a renowned sales process improvement expert, #1 bestselling author of "Predictable Revenue" and "Predictable Prospecting", and CEO of Strategic Pipeline. She has helped businesses like Apple, Bose and UPS consistently grow revenue by increasing their sales pipelines. Marylou's passion is helping B2B sales professionals advance sales conversations from cold to qualified opportunities.
Ben is a strategic commercial leader with 25+ years B2B tech industry experience. Ben helped lead technology unicorn Ariba to grow from 25 employees and zero revenue to 1500 employees worldwide and over $200m in revenue, leading to an acquisition by SAP in 2012 for $4.3B. Ben now works with a range of VCs and has helped more than 60 B2B early-stage portfolio companies accelerate their growth to drive revenue and market share.
Tom has had a 20 year career in B2B tech sales, with the last decade spent leading sales teams in VC-backed SaaS start-ups. He's currently VP Sales at FinTech, Trussle, prior to which Tom was CCO at Goodlord, and spent 5 years as SVP Global Sales at Brightpearl where he lead expansion into the US and 4 rounds of funding. Tom is also the founder & Chairman of The London Revenue Collective, a private community designed to support the professional development of revenue leaders at high growth companies.
CEO & Co-Founder
Paul is a ‘been around the block’ entrepreneur with 18 years’ experience in founding and scaling global companies. Over the last 7 years he has grown two international technology businesses from zero to $70M in combined sales as CRO and $100s of millions in value. Paul has also raised over $100M of investment across all stages from seed to growth, VC and debt.
CPO & Co-Founder
Alex has spent the last decade working in sales and professional education. After working on Amazon's growth strategy, Alex moved on to head up UNiDAYS' EMEA Prospecting Team. Having previously authored and taught online courses, Alex ensures our courses are pedagogical whilst sharing her own expertise from the world of business development.
Chief Learning Advisor
Martin is a learning architect engaged with a wide range of curriculum design and delivery. He has been Dean and Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of Cape Town and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Salford Manchester, and is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. His work focusses on digital innovation, on using digital innovation to best advantage, and on the power of learning analytics to steer the best possible designs of courses.
Senior Commercial Manager
Síofra’s spent the last decade working on both sides of the Atlantic, initially as Director of Manhattan Sailing School which she grew into the largest recreational operation in NY Harbor, before moving to the UK where she spent 3 years in consultancy. Síofra made the leap into startups in 2018 as Head of Launch for Health-Tech startup, Lantum, and has most recently headed up the Growth team of an Australian Fintech launching into the UK.
Senior Commercial Manager
Saafi has worked across commercial, operations, and strategy in startups. Most recently, Saafi supported the UK market entry of an Australian Fintech startup. Prior to this, she was one of the first hires at UNiDAYS, starting as an SDR and moving on to managing the global SDR team; executing a global partnership with Apple Music; developing commercial operations (enabling over 50 hires in 4 months across US, EMEA, & ANZ); and managing a year-long company-wide business strategy shift coupled with the reimplementation and integration of Salesforce.
Jen has spent the last 6 years working her way up within the Finance department of Peacocks Stores Ltd. as well as supporting the Finance teams of other companies within their holding group The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Group such as Jaeger, Jane Norman and Austin Reed.
During this period Jen was promoted to a manager role and played a large part in the testing and implementation team of their new stock system.
